Our camp has been rated as one of the best and most comprehensive in the nation, where your child will undergo a transformation into an elite competitive athlete through our systematic and thorough training system, with world class National and Olympic coaching staff. 2024 Camp Sessions: Session 1 - Jun 10 to Jun 14 Session 2 - Jun 17 to Jun 21 Session 3 - Jun 24 to Jun 28 Session 4 - Jul 1 to Jul 5 Session 5 - Jul 8 to Jul 12 Session 6 - Jul 15 to Jul 19 Session 7 - Jul 22 to Jun 26 Session 8 - Jul 29 to Aug 2 At Rhythmic Intensive, we focus on holistic development, offering a wide range of activities to enhance every aspect of Rhythmic Gymnastics performance. Here's what your child can expect: Daily Training Sessions: Engage in a rigorous daily schedule of Vaganova ballet and dance classes, aimed at refining technique and artistry. Participate in hands-on deep stretching sessions to enhance flexibility and prevent injuries. Undergo specialized body conditioning and strength training tailored specifically for rhythmic gymnasts. Skill Development: Mastery of body elements and equipment handling techniques, learn the latest WOW tricks while learning and perfecting routines with expert guidance. Educational Workshops:

  • Nutrition workshops to fuel optimal performance.
  • Sports psychology sessions for mental fortitude and resilience.
  • In-depth exploration of the RG code of points and rules.
  • Hair and makeup classes for competition-ready presentation.
  • Equipment maintenance and decoration tips for top-notch performance. Wednesday Field Trips: Every Wednesday, we embark on exciting adventures to the beach, sailing trips, horseback riding excursions, museum visits, invigorating hikes, and other outdoor activities, providing a perfect balance of training and fun! Family Camping Finale: We conclude our camp with a thrilling two-day family camping trip, where campers and their families can bond over shared experiences and create lasting memories.
